Matsue New Urban Hotel, Shimane

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room I stayed in was tiny and gloomy, but fortunately, it had a view of the lake which was a plus. The service was friendly, but the language barrier made it a bit challenging. The location was really good, perfect for exploring the area, and the dining experience was unexpectedly great. The facilities offered were adequate although the room size was a bit disappointing.

The dining experience in the restaurant on the 9th floor overlooking the lake was fantastic, offering a surprising variety. The facilities were well-equipped and provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
